Executive Assistant to the Executive Dean, Faculty of Art, Media & Communication Design Epsom

Full Time Post: 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £29,300- £32,958 per annum

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic individual to have responsibility for providing executive support to the Executive Dean for the Faculty of Art, Media & Communication Design, based at Epsom.

You will have experience of complex diary management, servicing high level committees and meetings, and the generation of appropriate correspondence and communications. In addition, you will have experience of the production of reports/papers/presentations for senior level management, demonstrating excellent and accurate written communication skills.

You will also be responsible for the line management of a member of staff within the Faculty.

This is a busy role within the Faculty and the Executive Office and therefore you will need to be able to work well under pressure and to use your initiative.

You will also possess excellent interpersonal, presentational and advisory skills and be an organised individual with the ability to pay close attention to detail.

Your high standards, along with sound judgement, diplomacy and discretion will inspire confidence amongst the Leadership Team, Senior Managers, Executive Office colleagues and other University staff.
