We are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team, assisting with all aspects of Purchase Ledger involved within the day to day running of the Finance Dept.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone
- Opening the post
- Matching and checking advice notes to supplier invoices
- Entering invoices on to sage
- Manually reconciling supplier statements
- Phoning suppliers to request missing documents
- Raising queries with branches

Candidates Requirements:
- Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage however it is not essential as full training will be given
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is important
- Confident telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage large volumes of paperwork
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload

This role may become permanent after a 3 month probationary period. Starting Salary: ??13,000 - ??14,000 per annum based on experience. Working hours: 9.00am ??? 5.00pm, Monday ??? Friday - 1 hour for lunch break.
