Balconette are a leading manufacturer and supplier of glass balconies.

We are currently looking to employ a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to cover a range of tasks including:

  • Answering incoming calls, transferring these to the appropriate person
  • Greeting visitors
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Accepting deliveries, completing paperwork and distributing to recipient
  • Filing paperwork for quotations and orders
  • Dispatching brochures and product samples
  • Maintaining the reception area

Additional administration tasks will be added to the role as experience is gained.  As an expanding company we also offer good potential for advancement.

Training will be provided so prior experience with telecoms systems is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. or 9.00 a.m. - 6 p.m. (alternate weeks) with an hour lunch break unpaid
