Part-Time French Speaking Administrator - Petrochemical
POSITON: Part time French speaking administrator - 3 days a week
PRODUCTS - Manufacture of essential parts for the petrochemical, refining and chemical industries.
SALARY: GBP15,000 per annum
LOCATION: Accessible to an Orpington Bromley office on a daily basis.
A fantastic part time French speaking administrator role has arisen within a leading petrochemical products company.
The company has been established since the 1980's, growing steadily with interests across the world. They manufacture large and essential parts for the petrochemical, oil refining and general chemical industries.
This will be a dynamic role where you will be working closely with the Project Managers to assist with a variety of administrative tasks. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to the drawing up of quotations, date entry, filing, answering incoming calls and responding to emails.
You will be dealing with clients from both the UK, France and North Africa, so it is crucial that you speak fluent French.
Other responsibilities will include HR and accounting tasks so experience within these fields would be advantageous but not essential.
The successful candidate must be a fluent French speaker with experience working as an administrator, be commutable distance to the office near Bromley on a daily basis, be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
