We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join the friendly team of one of our clients who deal with complete recycling and waste management services. This role is based in Essex and will be dealing with internal and external customers, providing the highest quality customer service in order processing, query resolution, assisting drivers and general admin duties combined with quote preparation. Key responsibilities: Customer Service Dealing with telephone and email enquiries Liaise with relevant individuals re new enquiries/orders to be fulfilled Driver assistance Help promote the company and inform customers about services that could suit them Order Administration Receiving and confirming orders with clients Data entry/order processing into Weighsoft database (new software soon to be introduced Prepare quotations – Acman database (new software soon to be introduced Provide cover for when Sales Coordinator as and when by liaising with Service Partners to obtain job pricing / book orders as and when required Provide cover for when the Hazibag Customer Service Advisor as and when required Provide assistance for the Transport Department as and when required Additional Responsibilities Undertake any reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business Skills and Experience required: Good verbal and written communication skills. PC literate with a working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint and Excel. Ability and willingness to use their own initiative. Confident and professional. Good time management.
