Operations Coordinator Rochester £15,000 - £20,000 Operations Coordinator required for a busy company based in Rochester, Kent. Our reputation is one of good standing in the industry since 1991. The Role As an Operations Coordinator you will focus on delivering excellent value and service with integrity, at all times. The purpose of your role will be to work effectively with all staff and to build good working relationships with customers and suppliers. The main responsibilities within the role are: - Taking bookings accurately via telephone and email and advising customers of our services. Managing and exceeding customer expectations. Allocation of work to field engineers using Microsoft Outlook. Ordering of supplies and equipment for upcoming jobs. Monitoring of jobs through to point of delivery and completion. Proactively keeping clients and fellow employees informed of any updates, delays or issues. Implementing and maintaining customer maintenance contracts. The Candidate To be considered for the Operations Coordinator position you will have the following experience, skills and attributes: Acting on your own initiative without constant supervision. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and staff and to always remain professional. Being highly organised. Previous controlling experience. Excellent punctuality and attendance. Being computer literate. Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of the security industry, access control systems and CCTV systems would be an advantage, but not essential. Having a sense of humour to work in our friendly environment. Essential.
