Deputy Manager - Residential Home - Dover
Clarte Recruitment are working in partnership with our client to recruit a Deputy Manager for their 11 bedded Residential home for adults with learning difficulties in Dover. For this role, we are seeking someone with a proven background in care and experience in dealing with clients with learning difficulties who have complex needs. To be considered, you will need previous experience in a similar role. You will also hold or already be working towards an NVQ/QCF 5 Qualification and have good people management skills. The Deputy Manager will work shifts as well as office days and will work weekends. You will be expected to do medication, personal care and all other parts of a Support Workers role. As the Deputy Manager you must have a clear understanding of the Health & Social Care Act 2008.
