This rapidly growing, online, wholesale and distribution business are looking to increase their staff numbers due to business expansion. They are a multi-award winning company with an established portfolio both UK and internationally. The culture within the company is one of hard work but also great fun, they are a creative business that is driven, fast paced and an informal place to work. You will be working on the trade side of the business and your duties will include, management of staff, motivate and support the team to consistently provide a superior customer experience, delegate tasks to the team and ensure successful completion on a daily basis, spearhead the development of new procedures and policies and other management duties. You will have significant experience in managing a customer service team at a senior level, be energetic, dynamic and innovative, you will be a team player that can adapt to a fast paced and challenging environment, posses excellent communication skills and be comfortable with IT including spreadsheets. Your salary will be circa £25,000 - £30,000 and you will receive fantastic company benefits to include casual dress code, perkbox, free parking, 27 days holiday 8 bank holidays.
