Lloyd Recruitment Services have a fantastic job opportunity for a capable Administrator to join a well establish and reputable leading engineering company based in East Grinstead within the Purchasing and Production team. Office hours 9am till 5pm and onsite parking. Main Responsibilities: · Be responsible for the purchase and control of materials · Liaise with suppliers and technical staff providing daily production information · Maintain company procedures and policies for the control of stock. · Attending meetings with large suppliers and possible clients · Accurately support and maintain department records and trackers. · Checking stock levels and producing pricing · Updating the in-house system on a daily basis Skills and Responsibilities needed: · Proven administration skills · Previous purchasing experience · Must be numerate and IT literate · Excellent telephone manner · Strong communication skills both written and verbally · Ability to use own initiative in a busy environment NB: Unfortunately due to the high volume of applications received by Lloyd Recruitment Services, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
