Global Customer Support Manager
Global Customer Support Manager This role will be taking on the management of the companies technical teams ensuring they ITIL principles are being followed. You will be part of the client services team taking responsibility for aligning and delivering the departments strategy. The role will involve working directly with the VP of Client Services, making sure KPI's/SLA's are agreed and being met. To be considered for this position you will need to possess excellent communication skills as well as the following skills and experience: - - Experience managing technical support teams, ideally across global locations - Possess an understanding of ITIL frameworks and functions - Knowledge and experience of MS Office and CRM applications - Previous experience working in a client services environment - Experience building and maintaining relationships with Stakeholders.
