Our client is a long established company based in the Sussex area. They are currently seeking a friendly and hardworking Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be the first face of the company and your role will include but not be limited to;
- Answering the phone
- Receipt of deliveries
- Signing in visitors
- Assisting Small Works department with bookings & admin
- Mail management
- Other office admin assistance

They see this as an exciting and integral role within the business that will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to grow within the business.

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills;
- Computer literate to include outlook, excel and word
- Good telephone manner and customer service
- Team player
- Organised

This role may be filled by one full time candidate or 2 part time candidates. Full time hours of work are: 08.30???17.00.

Salary: ??16,000 pa + BUPA Cash Plan
