This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Carillion Kier Joint Venture. You will be providing Administration support to the Project Team. Key responsibilities Administration is undertaken to ensure the contract requirements are met Monthly reports provided are accurate and produced on the dates required by the Contract Allocate correspondence references Download communications from Business Collaborator and distribute to appropriate owners for action Prepare final correspondence for signing by owners and issue to corresponded through Business Collaborator Coordinate with project document controllers for upload to 4 Projects Minutes of meetings Manages the Management team’s diaries Organises and supports team meetings and events as required Booking travel arrangements Maintenance of appropriate filing/records/bring forward systems and databases Handling telephone calls, emails and other methods of communication including redirection of communications Support the team in ensuring KPI data and information for monthly meetings is provided at required dates for monthly reports to be written The ideal candidate will be: Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Have previous experience in administration In return we offer: 26 days annual leave 8 bank holidays with the opportunity to buy more holidays once you have been with a for a short while BUPA Healthcare Insurance (single cover with option to 'trade up' to cover your family) Pension Plan Carillion 'Thank You' Scheme, which offers flexible, tax efficient benefits such as child care vouchers, cycle to work scheme & discounts on high street brands Own transport is essential due to office location.
