Our client is a successful entrepreneurial company working in a niche market and are looking to recruit a part qualified accountant with the following responsibilities Prepare, review and distribute monthly management accounts Monthly commentary of the management accounts, explaining positive/negative variances Monthly reconciliations of the bank account, P&L and balance sheet Aged debtor control VAT returns Liaising with external accountants on various topics All aspects of monthly payroll (recently bought in house) Weekly cashflow preparation Using sage daily to enter sales and purchases invoices Weekly supplier payments Updating KPI’s daily General book keeping Using a complex business model to prepare forecasts Budget control Key Requirements : The post holder should ideally be at least part qualified accountant who is fully competent in Sage line 50 and with Sage Payroll experience as well as Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent excel skills In addition to the competitive salary benefits include, lap top, mobile phone.
