We're currently looking for a Claims Technical Advisor to join our established and successful Aggregate Management team based in Chelmsford. This role involves analysing a broad range of different, and in some cases complex, internal and external data to develop and deliver focused management information. You will work with external suppliers to ensure accurate integration of data, alongside RSA and monitor the financial position of the claims accounts. You will work with internal customers to identify and agree their information requirements, designing and in some cases producing reports. You will work in a team environment but will have personal responsibility to maintain the data integrity for your own customers. You will need a significant depth of data and information administration experience, an understanding of potential internal customer needs, and knowledge of information analysis and development approaches, tools and systems. Responsibilities Will Include Identifying, specifying, collecting and validating information requirements from a range of sources to facilitate the production relevant management information. Managing technical and complex claims arrangements efficiently and effectively Conducting complex analyses using appropriate methods and tools to facilitate the production of timely, accurate, insightful and focused management information solutions and reports. Developing and maintaining manual and automated information systems in line with all mandatory and regulatory requirements to support the effective delivery of management information. Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers to define information requirements and ensure associated management information solutions and reports are fit for purpose. Providing advice, guidance and coaching to less qualified and/or experienced colleagues to raise standards and expertise across the information management community.
