HR Team Leader (3 Month Contract)

The Senior People Services Adviser will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the HR service for the company. You will lead a team of 2 people coordinators so team leading experience is essential for this position.
You must be a driver due to the rural location of the offices and have proven HR experience.
Your duties will include: managing team performance against KPI`s. ensure that all processes are reviewed, oversee the teams use of the HR systems and work as a senior member of the HR team dealing with end to end employee lifecycle, new starter contracts/ contract changes, references, recording and issuing letters for maternity, paternity and immigration and additional HR duties.
You will be available to start work from the 18th September and able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, have previous experience of managing HR operations or leading a small team and be conversant with HR.
Your salary will be £25,000 per annum.
